Trip Bonus FAQ's
Yes, you can switch your package — but only once every 6 months. This helps protect the structure of the program and gives your bonus time to grow consistently.
• Your trip bonus will roll over when you switch. You won’t lose what you’ve already earned.
• Your new bonus amount will begin building based on your new package rate starting on your next billing cycle.
• You must submit your request at least 7 days before your next billing date, and changes will be confirmed by email.
We don’t allow frequent switching to keep things fair and manageable — so choose the pace that feels sustainable and stick with it.
You can access your trip bonus after you’ve:
• Been an active member for 6 consecutive months, and
• Booked at least 3 qualifying trips for clients.
Once you meet both of those milestones, you’ll be eligible to use your full bonus amount toward your own travel — including flights, hotels, cruises, or packages booked through approved suppliers.
You’ll get instructions and support when it’s time to redeem your bonus. We’re not just giving you tools — we’re helping you use them.
A qualifying trip is any booking made through one of our approved Travel Agent suppliers.
This can include but is not limited to:
• All-inclusive resort stays
• Cruises
• Group trips
• Hotel + flight packages
• Excursions or activities booked through platforms our Suppliers
Personal travel DOES count as long as it is booked through one of our suppliers. The goal is to get you booking real trips, earning real money, and becoming an expert as a Travel Agent and know your craft.
Creating content — even simple photos or short videos — is one of the fastest ways to attract your future clients and build your brand. You don’t have to be an influencer (but you technically are one by default because you will influence people to travel). You just have to be visible.
The good news? You’ll have access to everything you need to make it easier:
• Real resort footage and photos from the Punta Cana Vault
• Training inside the Cocoa Café
• A supportive community to help you grow your confidence and creativity
You don’t have to be perfect — you just have to be willing to try.
If you cancel your membership, you’ll immediately lose access to:
• The Cocoa Café
• The Punta Cana Vault
• Mentorship, group support, and all backend resources
• Any pending or future commissions not yet paid out
However, you’ll still have 30 days from the day you cancel to use your accumulated trip bonus (as long as you’ve met eligibility). After that, your bonus expires and your agent status will be removed.
If you ever decide to return, you’ll need to reapply and start from the beginning.
