By booking any excursion, transportation, SUV service, or club section through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Third-Party Providers

Destination Cocoa is a booking facilitator. All excursions, transportation, and activities are operated by licensed third-party vendors. Policies, safety rules, and decisions are determined by those vendors.

2. Communication

All official communication takes place through WhatsApp at 829-704-9259.
It is your responsibility to check WhatsApp for pickup times, updates, and instructions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy — WEBSITE BOOKINGS ONLY

All payments made on this website are 100% non-refundable.
Once you book, the payment is final — no cancellations, no changes, no refunds, no exceptions.

4. Missed Pickups

There are no refunds for missed pickups due to lateness, oversleeping, incorrect hotel information, or failure to follow instructions.

5. Weather, Delays & Safety

Excursions may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to weather, ocean conditions, safety concerns, traffic, or vendor operational decisions. Refunds or alternate options are determined solely by the excursion provider.

6. Club Sections

Club sections require mandatory bottle service purchased at the venue.
Failure to purchase bottle service results in removal from the section with no refund.

7. Resort vs. Airbnb Pickups

Transportation for excursions is included only for resort guests.
Airbnb/villa/apartment guests must book and pay for separate transportation.

8. SUV Rules

SUVs with decorations include a permanent non-refundable 20% materials cost, even if you contact us directly.
Maximum capacity: 5 passengers.
If luggage does not fit, an additional one-way luggage transfer must be purchased.

9. Conduct

Vendors may refuse service due to aggressive behavior, intoxication, or failure to follow safety rules. No refunds will be issued.

10. Liability Release

By booking, you accept all risks related to excursions, transportation, alcohol use, water activities, wildlife, equipment, and general travel environments. Destination Cocoa is not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost items, delays, or vendor decisions.

11. Force Majeure

Destination Cocoa is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by weather, natural events, road closures, strikes, government requirements, or other events beyond our control.

12. Disputes & Chargebacks

All disputes must be handled directly with Destination Cocoa through WhatsApp at 829-704-9259.
Filing a chargeback after receiving services, missing your pickup, or violating these terms is considered misuse of the chargeback system. We will provide banks with all documentation including vendor logs and communication records.

No chargeback overrides these Terms & Conditions.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment on this website, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
