TRANSPORTATION
Services
Reliable, comfortable transportation is available for all parts of your Punta Cana stay. This includes airport arrivals and departures, excursions, restaurant visits, nightlife trips, and shopping. All services use clean, air-conditioned vehicles with professional local drivers.
By purchasing any service, transportation, or excursion through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking Agent Role
We act solely as a booking agent arranging services provided by independent third-party vendors. We do not own or operate transportation vehicles, excursion facilities, venues, or any other on-the-ground services. Vendors operate under their own policies and are solely responsible for service delivery.
2. Service Descriptions
Clients are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions before purchase. Service details, inclusions, exclusions, schedules, required attire, and special conditions are clearly described on each product page. By purchasing, you accept these terms.
3. Transportation Terms
Transportation is provided by licensed third-party drivers. Traffic, weather, vehicle condition, driver behavior, or delays are beyond our control. Drivers will wait up to the specified time (generally 10–15 minutes). Clients must be ready at scheduled pickup times. Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit service without refund.
4. Excursion Terms
Excursions are provided by third-party vendors. Schedules, inclusions, and activities may change due to weather, vendor policies, or operational needs. Clients must comply with all vendor requirements, waivers, safety rules, and local laws. Vendor availability and service quality are not guaranteed.
5. Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be issued once a booking is confirmed. Where applicable, cancellation windows (e.g., no refunds within 24 hours) will be noted on the product page. Clients are responsible for understanding and accepting these terms before purchase.
6. Rescheduling and Changes
Requests to reschedule must be made in advance and are subject to vendor approval and availability. Changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
